Booking Information During a busy period it is a minimum two night stay. Accommodation may be booked by email. Send us a booking request here. Alternatively you may telephone us at: +44 (0)1397 705184 to check availability. In consideration of other guests, we do not accept pets. The accommodation is unsuitable for children under 13 years of age. Check in Check in is available after 4.00pm and before 7.00pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us in case of late arrival. We will always ask for an estimated time of arrival. This helps us to ensure that one of us is here to greet you when you arrive. If no time of arrival is given then we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access accommodation when you arrive. Check Out On the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10am. Payments by cash on arrival , or bacs week prior arrival. No deposit required. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged. |
